aaron jones at Vikings press conference
Aaron Jones just made a bunch of Green Bay Packers fans cringe so hard.

New Vikings RB Aaron Jones said a chance to play his old squad, the Packers, twice in 2024 doesn’t add any fuel to his fire but he may have added some fire with what he did during his introductory press conference.

Green Bay Packers fans’ pain from the loss of running back Aaron Jones was exacerbated when Jones did his best “SKOL” celebration while clapping his hands above his head like the fans do before each home game.

That was quite shocking to fans:

The Pro Bowl tailback was released Monday after the Packers agreed to terms with former Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs.

That screwed over Jones as many teams had already begun signing players while he had to wait.

Jones inked a $7 million contract to play one season with the Vikings, guaranteeing him two opportunities to play against his former team, including one at Lambeau Field where the fans will not forget that Skol chant.

In his final campaign with the Packers, Jones missed six games due to injury while totaling just 889 yards from scrimmage and three scores. The running back was amazing in the playoffs as he racked up 226 rushing yards and three touchdowns that helped the team defeat the Dallas Cowboys and almost knockoff the 49ers.
