Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce seemed like an unlikely pair at first, but fans adore how the pop queen ended up with the football star. Swift and Kelce are making a serious splash in 2024 and are evidently planning to buy property in Italy. Here’s what you need to know about the three properties they looked at in Lake Como, Italy.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce looked at 3 homes in Lake Como, Italy

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce might be ready for homeownership together. A source told The Sun that Swift and Kelce were seen in Lake Como, in the Lombardy region of Northern Italy, looking at homes to purchase. The homes ranged in price from $1.7 million to $7.5 million.

Swift and Kelce first looked at a 5,381-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath rustic residence. According to the realtor’s description, the “unique independent period villa is in a dominant position with a splendid lake view.” It features pedestrian access that borders the Parco di Villa Serbelloni. The home retained many original finishes, giving it a simple, country look. This home goes for $3.2 million.

The couple next checked out a less expensive home. Located in the village of Menaggio, the $1.7 million home boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms over 7,212 square feet. The mansion has an elegant open floor plan with a more modern feel than the first home, as it features floor-to-ceiling windows for plenty of natural light.

Finally, Swift and Kelce toured a $7.4 million home in Lake Como. This unique three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is only accessible via boat. Once the guests arrive on the property on the boat, they are met with lush gardens and perfectly kept lawns. The home itself also has beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows.

Taylor Swift previously looked at a property in Portugal going for $10 million

Taylor Swift has properties in four U.S. states, but she appears to be looking to expand into Europe. In November 2023, The Sun reported that Swift was eyeing properties near Lisbon, Portugal.

One property near Lisbon that offered “total privacy” went for $2.7 million, and it included a wine cellar and a garden house. Another property in Estoril, just a 30-minute drive from Lisbon, boasted eight bedrooms. Unfortunately, the price tag was the steepest yet—$10 million. However, according to the listing, it included “gardens of unparalleled beauty” and a “fabulous swimming pool.”

Swift looked at another luxury villa in Sintra, Portugal, which was listed for $4 million. This property had three en-suite bedrooms and five bedrooms in total, a large garden area, a wooden library, and a jacuzzi.

In addition to Portugal, Swift looked at homes in Casteldelfells and Barcelona, Spain, and the Balearic Islands. It doesn’t look like Swift purchased any of the houses she looked at, but a realtor commented that any of the offerings would serve as the perfect getaway for Swift when she’s not performing.

Travis Kelce purchased a new mansion near Kansas City, Missouri, in 2023

Travis Kelce is known as the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, and he purchased a 17,000-square-foot mansion near his home state in October 2023. The mansion cost the football star $6 million, according to Realtor.com.

The home in Leawood, Kansas, lies in a gated community with 3.5 acres of land. Kelce has another 4,200-square-foot home in Kansas City, Missouri, but this newer property is much more secluded. He likely wants privacy in the Midwest for himself and Taylor Swift.
