Prince Harry proving ‘role model’ to his kids who will ‘have to forge their own careers’

Prince Harry has been setting an example for his children to follow in the future according to a celebrity PR expert who says the Duke of Sussex has his mother’s work ethic

Prince Harry has proven himself as a “role model” for his children who will grow up to “forge their own careers,” according to a PR expert.

The Duke of Sussex has been sharing his life expertise as he spoke at the Beyond Burnout session at life coaching firm BetterUp’s recent summit. The Duke of Sussex is the company’s chief impact officer and looked thrilled to be a part of the event.

He spoke on a panel at the San Francisco-based event and was joined by Dr Adam Grant, BetterUp’s chairman of the Center for Purpose and Performance, and Kelly Jones, who is tech firm Cisco’s chief people officer. Now celebrity PR expert Jane Owen has admitted that Harry’s work ethic is similar to his late mother Princess Diana.

She said: “I think that it’s great to see Harry putting his best foot forward and doing his job. He’s always struck me as a hard working guy with a good heart, much like his mother, which is why it was frustrating to see him pretty much hiding away for all that time in Montecito.

“I feel like attending this event and others like it is one of the main reasons he was hired. He’s got great insight to give I’m sure but he also brings massive attention to the company just by showing up. The employee might call it distracting but the attention he brings is a hugely valuable asset”.

Jane also revealed that she hopes Harry continues to “stand by” his word and be more active in public speaking events in order to maintain his profile. She continued: “I suggest he keeps it up and goes to the events of the companies and charities he is a part of. He should by lead by his interests but also his duties. As a publicist theres nothing more disappointing than a celebrity who doesn’t stand by their word. If you take on a position you fullfil it, I’m happy to see him do that.”

Jane then expressed her feeling that the work Harry puts in now will set up his children for a bright and fullfilling future in their own chosen career paths as they get older, having been influenced by their father’s choices. She concluded: “It’s also in my opinion a good example for his children who likely won’t grow up with the same royal obligations he had but will have to forge their own careers. He’s showing them that you have to fullfil your obligations when you take on a job.”
