P Diddy looked relaxed as he drank a beer while making a call at his Miami home. It comes as he and his family continue to deal with legal lawsuits, including a sexual assault claim

P Diddy has been snapped looking relaxed by his Miami home’s pool.

The rapper, 54, was pictured with a beer in his hand at his lavish property. He was seen taking a call as he strolled by the poolside wearing all black. The I’ll Be Missing You singer had a bright orange towel draped over his shoulder as he casually paced mid-conversation.

It’s not known what conversation was being had, but the music mogul carried a neutral expression. It comes as his son hit out at claims of sexual assault in the latest serious allegation to threaten the family.

A lawsuit was filed in California on Thursday which names both Diddy and his son Christian as defendants, according to NBC. The lawsuit alleges that Christian sexually assaulted a woman in 2022 while she was working on a chartered boat. She claims the excursion had been “sold as a wholesome family excursion,” according to the complaint.

The complainant worked on the boat overnight as a steward and, according to the complaint, is said to have witnessed frequent drug use from a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers” and celebrities. Additionally, the lawsuit sees her claim to have been suspicious of drinks being laced with drugs based on how women would fall over after a drink.

Christian and Diddy’s lawyer, Aaron Dyer, hit back at the claims in a statement to The Mirror. He said: “This is just another lewd and meritless claim from [the accuser’s lawyer] Tyrone Blackburn — just like what he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still has not served. This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn.”

In her lawsuit, the woman accused Christian of repetitively pressuring her to drink more and take more shots of alcohol. She also alleged Christian began groping her.

The claims come just two weeks after Diddy’s properties were raided. The raids were reportedly in connection to a sex trafficking investigation. A representative for Homeland Security said in a statement to The Mirror at the time: “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available.”

Lawyer Aaron Dyer followed up the incident with a statement reading: “Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.”

Diddy’s lawyer added: “This unprecedented ambush — paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence — leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”
