The Duchess of Sussex announced the launch of her new business venture last month, as she teased the new lifestyle brand with a video filmed at her and Prince Harry’s Montecito mansion

Meghan Markle has finally launched the first long-awaited product from American Riviera Orchard.

The Duchess of Sussex first announced her new lifestyle brand on March 14, and since then, there has been no further announcements, with many royal fans hoping to get their hands on some of the homewares and condiments teased by Meghan.

However, she’s now revealed her debut product for American Riviera Orchard, as it emerged she had sent 50 jars of homemade strawberry jam to friends and social media influencers on Monday.

Tracy Robbins shared an image of the exclusive product on social media

Meghan’s fans were excited to finally see a product from American Riviera Orchard
Designer Tracy Robbins, who became close pals with Meghan after they attended a movie premiere in Jamaica earlier this year, as well as Delfina Balquier – the wife of Harry’s best friend and polo player Nacho Figueras – posted an image of the hotly-anticipated product on their Instagram Stories. Tracy, who is married to Paramount boss Brian Robbins, took to social media to post a picture of the jam, which featured a label that had the American Riviera Orchard logo and ‘Montecito’ underneath, and the words “17 of 50”, indicating the batch of jam was just a small taster of what was to come.

“@AmericanRivieraOrchard Breakfast, lunch and dinner just got a little sweeter. Thank you for the delicious basket! I absolutely love this jam so not sure I’m sharing with anyone. @American RivieraOrchard Thank you, M! #MontecitoGoodness #AmericanRivieraOrchard,” she captioned the photo. Argentina model Delfina shared a similar snap on her Instagram Stories, as she revealed she had been given jar 10 of 50. “Strawberry jam makes me happy. And I love your jam, @AmericanRivieraOrchard,” she wrote, alongside a picture of the jam on a piece of toast.

Delfina also shared a few snaps of her friend’s jam, as it was revealed it was a small batch of 50 jars

She later tucked into a slice of bread slathered with the delicious jam
Meghan’s fans were overjoyed by the latest development, and took to Twitter/X to share their excitement. “I don’t eat jam that much but for you Meg I’m buying some. In fact hubby and kids will eat them on my behalf,” one wrote, as another added: “I remember learning to make jam in cookery class, so much fun, and all so yummy! I just know Meghan is absolutely loving this new era with ARO, with support from her amazing friends like Delfina.” While a third chimed in: “It’s all in the details, the ARO logo embroidery on the jam covering is exquisite.”

Some were quick to point out that Meghan’s jam would be up against some stiff competition from her estranged extended family. Strawberry jam sold at Waitrose supermarket from Prince William’s Duchy of Cornwall estate is currently available for £2.80 a jar, and it’s not yet known how much Meghan will be flogging her conserves for.
