A Royal insider has claimed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have “not always agreed on” a key issue when it comes to raising children Archie and Lilibet.

However, it appears that the Duke of Sussex has “won” a significant decision against his wife regarding their two children and their upcoming Netflix shows.

It’s been suggested that Harry has successfully argued for their children to be excluded from their forthcoming programmes.

Recently, it was revealed that as part of the couple’s staggering multi-million-dollar Netflix deal, they will be producing two new series.

One of these, which aligns with Meghan’s new brand American Riviera Orchard, is set to “celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship”.

The second is expected to focus on the US Open Polo Championship.

Reports suggest that the couple’s children will not feature in either of the new shows scheduled to stream on Netflix, indicating that the couple are eager to keep their children out of the limelight as much as possible.

It’s believed that Meghan’s cookery show will be filmed at a neighbour’s house, with her opting not to film it within their £11million Montecito mansion, despite recently hiring a photographer for a photoshoot at their lavish estate, reports the Mirror.

The decision to keep the Sussex children out of the limelight in the forthcoming Netflix series was reportedly not Meghan’s choice, but Prince Harry’s.

The Duke, familiar with the intense public scrutiny he and his brother faced growing up in England, is adamant about protecting his children’s privacy.

A source disclosed to the Sun on Sunday: “Harry and Meghan have not always agreed on how much they should expose their children to the media but, in this case, Harry has clearly won.”

This insight comes amid earlier suggestions that Meghan was keen to feature Archie and Lilibet as she steps back into the spotlight. Last year, the Sun reported: “Meghan wants to move back into public life – with Archie and Lilibet by her side.”

A confidant shared with the newspaper that the couple has contrasting opinions on child-rearing, with Harry’s personal history of media exposure playing a significant role in his stance.
