With Super Bowl 58 just days away, the predictions are rolling in.

EA’s Madden, which brings NFL football to gaming consoles every year, has come up with a prediction of its own, having taken to social media to reveal an exact scoreline while backing the Kansas City Chiefs to win.

While the San Francisco 49ers are the betting favorites, albeit slightly, most analysts have suggested counting the Chiefs out at your own risk, and Madden isn’t looking to do that.

The title simulated the outcome, resulting in a 30-28 win for the reigning champions.

Fans, especially neutrals, would hope for such a close score as it suggests the game will be an exciting one that heads down to the wire. Last year’s Super Bowl finished in such fashion but was still ruined by a late holding call that allowed the Chiefs to kick in the winning field goal.

If we could get a close Super Bowl without any controversy at the end, it would be one for the ages.

As mentioned above, the Niners are favored to come out on top and, as of Tuesday, were 1.5-point faves. Over the past week, the line has gone down from 2.5 points to 1.5, then back to two, and now back to 1.5.
