Autobiography number seven will be hitting the shelves in the summer as troubled Katie Price, 45, vowed to detail her breakdown and how she deals with her problems

After setting off speculation that she was engaged for the ninth time, Katie Price has vowed to ‘tell the truth’ after confirming yet another autobiography is on the way.

The bankrupt 45-year-old dropped the hint after enjoying a romantic break with her boyfriend JJ Slater. After going on a cute getaway with the MAFS star, Katie took to her Instagram to share a post from their stop over in West Sussex. The photo showed a neon sign which read: “Will you marry me?” Katie simply captioned her story: “Absolutely love this place,” along with a red heart emoji.

Now she has returned to the platform to make another announcement. It appears another autobiography is in the works – her seventh tell all book since finding fame in the 90s. In her video, she spoke about her decision and says she will really be opening up. The former glamour model said: “This book just tops all the others. For so many years, I hide behind the mask because that’s my way to deal with things. It gets to a point where it becomes noise, I had my breakdown, the worst thing ever.

“Now I’ve come on top I’ve learnt to not be afraid. I think in this book people will get to see really what it’s like to be me. There will be uplifting moments, there’ll be dark moments, moments where I can put the truth right in a lot of things,” she went on to tell her fans online.

The star captioned the post: “I’m so happy to share that this July I’m releasing my brand new autobiography, THIS IS ME. This is by far the most intimate look into my life to date, celebrating 30 years in the spotlight.” She signed off with: “THIS IS ME, coming 18th July x.” Katie is no stranger to writing and has also released children’s and fashion books and eleven novels.

Last month, Katie revealed she wants to have as “many children as she can”. Katie explained in a chat: “Yes, I think my eggs will be old and I think I’d have to do IVF if I want more.” She added: “And I will have more, no one’s telling me I can’t.” During a new interview with James English, he asked: “How many more will you have?” Katie replied: “As many as I can.”
