Rapper Lil Pump has revealed a punch from YouTuber and boxer Jake Paul left him “feeling like he was dying”.

Jake is currently in training to fight champion Mike Tyson when he landed a “liver shot” on the Gucci Gang performer, which left him reeling in agony. In an Instagram post made on Friday (April 5), Lil Pump told his followers about training camp and revealed the impact that the blow from the boxer had on him.

Writing in the caption he told fans: “Jake Paul is officially 10-1. Not gonna lie, that liver shot made me feel like I was dying.” The video clip has Lil Pump, real name Gazzy Garcia, fans wincing in solidarity.

Jake is set to have a showdown with Mike Tyson in July at the AT&T Stadium in Texas, with the fight planned to air on Netflix. When the fight was announced Jake told fans via his social media that he wanted to ‘put Mike to sleep’ as he said: “My sights are set on becoming a world champion, and now I have a chance to prove myself against the greatest heavyweight champion of the world, the baddest man on the planet and the most dangerous boxer of all time. Time to put Iron Mike to sleep.”
