However, fans would be immensely disappointed to learn that Spider-Man will not be a part of the Deadpool threequel. MyTimeToShineHello (@MyTimeToShineH), a reliable industry insider known for giving scoops, took it to X to inform fans that our Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man will not be a part of the film because Sony has the rights for Spider-Man and they would not permit Marvel to feature the hero in the sequel.

But I didn’t want to presume that.”

He added how his upcoming movie only wants to entertain its viewers, and casual moviegoers can join in this fun without doing “prior research.”
