Landing the Super Bowl halftime gig is the biggest honor any performer can have in their lifetime as they are exposed to a massive worldwide audience. Every year the Super Bowl is by far the most watched television program and it is broadcast in nearly 200 countries around the world.

Many would assume that this performance would come with a huge pay day, but that could not be further from the case. Usher, who will be this Super Bowl halftime performer, will actually not get paid a single penny for his performance on Sunday.

Although Usher will not receive any actual money for the performance, the benefits of performing the halftime show include the obvious exposure to potential new fans around the world, which would ultimately lead to gaining followers on his social platforms as well as a huge bump in his streaming numbers.

Like every Super Bowl, there are huge rumors and speculation going around on who will be joining the headliner for their performance. This year it appears as though Ludacris and Lil Jon will be accompanying Usher on stage to perform their worldwide hit Yeah!

Super Bowl LVIII goes down this Sunday with the defending champion Kansas City Chiefs taking on the San Francisco 49ers in a rematch of Super Bowl LIV. This is shaping up to be an all-time classic Super Bowl with an all star cast performing at halftime. Get your popcorn ready!
