Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany announced that she is expecting her third child on Monday. “Sean and I are expecting our third child, which we’re so excited about,” the former White House press secretary said live on air during Outnumbered.
The 36-year-old already shares a five-year-old daughter, Blake, and a two-year-old son, Nash, with her husband, Sean Patrick Gilmartin, a former MLB pitcher.
McEnany, who served as President Donald Trump’s press secretary between April 2020 and January 2021, joked that her bright pink blazer and heels in no way indicate her baby’s sex. Instead, she quipped, she was going to do an on-air gender reveal later, adding that she is expecting her baby in June.
The Fox News host said she is enjoying her “very special time” with her family and even shared a picture of her ultrasound scan. She ended her announcement with two Bible quotes, adding with a laugh: “With all that said, can I unbutton my jacket now? It’s very tight. I’m busting outta here.
” This is not the first time McEnany announced a baby on the way. Back in June 2022, she revealed on the show that she was expecting her second child, Nash.

The former White House press secretary, 36, announced the exciting news live on Fox News’ Outnumbered on Monday afternoon.
Dressed in a pink blazer, McEnany shared the news after telling her co-stars she had big news to announce.
“Sean and I are expecting our third child which we’re so excited about,” she said.
Her co-hosts cheered at the big news and quickly congratulated her as a banner flashed on the program.
The baby is due in June.
Before revealing the big news, she teased on X that she had a “big announcement after the commercial break.”
Despite McEnany’s bright pink outfit, complete with pink and blue shoes, she revealed her outfit was “not an indicator” of the baby’s sex.
She doesn’t know the baby’s gender yet, but she’ll be doing a gender reveal on the show.
The Fox News star already shares a five-year-old daughter, Blake, and a two-year-old son, Nash , with her husband, Sean Gilmartin .
She said her third pregnancy has been a special time for her family.
“I have been pregnant during Christmas and during Thanksgiving,” she said, adding that her daughter is especially excited for her new sibling.
McEnany shared her latest ultrasound and spoke about a sweet Bible verse before cracking a joke with her co-hosts.
“Can I unbutton my jacket now?” she laughed.
Her co-hosts noted the baby looked big in the ultrasound, leading McEnany to joke her third kid might be a future linebacker.

“The baby’s due in June, so I hope you will join me on this journey.
“I will be live-talking about this on social media on the show. We will do a big gender reveal here.
“And I wanted to pull up our ultrasound.
” I have been pregnant during Christmas and during Thanksgiving. And my daughter, Blake, now knows, so she runs up and holds my stomach and is like, let me kiss the baby.
“And just what came to mind is Jeremiah 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, and then Luke 12:7, that God knows the very hairs on our head, the number of them, and which it’s not just a message about my baby.
“It’s a message about all of you. That’s how much he loves us.”
Another guessed, “You’re in pink so it’s definitely a girl! Congratulations!”
“Congrats!!! Praying for a healthy pregnancy!” a third wrote.

She and Gilmartin, 34, started dating in 2015 and tied the knot two years later.
Gilmartin is an 11-year MLB veteran, having played for the Mets, Baltimore Orioles, and Tampa Bay Rays throughout his career.
