For Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman, it quite literally felt like a dream when he caught the game-winning pass in overtime of Super Bowl 58.

Because the San Francisco 49ers only scored a field goal on the opening possession of OT, the Chiefs needed just a touchdown to win Super Bowl 58. Sure enough, Patrick Mahomes went back into Superman mode and walked it off with a game-winning touchdown pass to Mecole Hardman.

Speaking to NFL Network’s crew after the game, Mahomes said that Hardman initially “had no idea” that his team had just won the game when he scored the touchdown.

Look at Hardman’s initial reaction, and he certainly doesn’t react like a guy who just scored the game-winning touchdown in Super Bowl 58:

With three Super Bowls in five years, the Chiefs have officially cemented themselves as a 21st century dynasty.
