Before everything descended into chaos, the Kansas City Chiefs were having a great time on Wednesday.

Brittany Mahomes made sure she was well-prepared for yet another day of partying.

 

The wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes could be seen on a party bus pouring beer into a bottle before she started dancing with Mahomes behind her.

As the game’s MVP, Patrick took a trip to Disneyland on Monday with his wife and their two children, 2-year-old daughter Sterling and 1-year-old son Bronze.

It was the second time in three years and the third time overall.

As we all know, about an hour or so later, the parade would turn from happy to tragic with the shooting that took place.

The shooting reportedly took place at Union Station shortly after Patrick and Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce left the stage at the event. The victims were reportedly taken to nearby Children’s Mercy Hospital, where they’re still being treated and expected to survive.
