Jason and Travis Kelce thank Taylor Swift's fans after podcast wins award

Jason and Travis Kelce showed their appreciation for Taylor Swift’s fans after their “New Heights” podcast won Podcast of the Year at the 2024 iHeartPodcast Awards.

“This is an incredible honor especially for two jabronies like us,” the recently retired Philadelphia Eagles player, 36, said in a video accepting the award on Monday.

“To receive an award like this is beyond humbling and we would be remiss if we didn’t immediately thank all the 92 percenters out there – AKA Swifties – who voted for us to win this award.”

Travis echoed his older brother’s sentiments, describing the win as “big s–t” and called their listeners “the best fanbase in the entire world.”

“You guys make this show what it is,” the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, continued. “We truly appreciate it. Thank you again to [the] iHeartPodcast Awards. To the 92 percenters, thank you guys as well.”

The Kelce brothers were unable to attend the awards show, which took place at the SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas, on Monday, because Travis had been in Los Angeles with the “Blank Space” singer.

Travis and Swift, 34, had rushed back from Singapore following her six-show stretch to attend Madonna’s ultra-exclusive Oscars bash at talent manager Guy Oseary’s home.

Despite the long-haul journey they had to face, Kelce and the “Cruel Summer” singer made the most of their time in Asia.

Last Friday, the duo enjoyed a group date night with some of her bandmates and backup singers at Koma, which is situated inside Marina Bay Sands.

Swift had been fresh off performing to a sold-out crowd at the National Stadium, where she took a moment during the show to give Kelce a sweet shout-out during her song “Karma,” during which she altered the lyrics to “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs / Coming straight home to me.”
