Beyonce is clearly enjoying the sights in Japan.

The Cowboy Carter hitmaker has documented her trip with husband Jay-Z in a carousel of snaps shared on her Instagram. Giving her 319million followers a rare look behind the scenes of her private life, Beyonce posed up a storm in a series of glamourous get-ups.

Wearing a dark-coloured skin-tight catsuit, the 42-year-old turned heads as she navigated sightseeing, appearing to take public transport on an excursion. Her first upload appeared to have been snapped in the couple’s hotel as they prepared to leave.

Another playful slide showed Beyonce posing like a cowgirl, pointing her gun fingers while wearing a cowgirl hat. She completed her apt ensemble with chunky gold accessories, including earrings and a Chloe name-plated belt to finish off the bold look.

One video appeared to show the couple walking through a transport terminal, followed by their security. They posed together in one snap, sitting next to each other on a train as Beyonce smiled at her husband. Another clip, thought to have been filmed by Jay-Z, shows his wife looking out the window at the incredible view of Mount Fuji.

A final upload is another version of what looked to be the hotel snap, but this time with a black and white filter applied. Fans couldn’t quite believe the famous pair would take public transport, with one writing: “SIS TAKING PUBLIC TRANSITS?!?!”
