During his early years in real estate, Riccio made daring financial moves, even borrowing money at steep interest rates ranging from 50 to 100 percent—risks that ultimately fueled his rise to success.
Over time, his determination paid off, leading to the establishment of a thriving real estate business. Riccio is now the driving force behind Riccio Enterprises LLC and its subsidiary, Nautical Beach Properties.
According to Economic Times, his sharp investment strategies and relentless drive in the real estate sector have helped him amass an estimated net worth of $6 million.

Nicholas met Karoline Leavitt, now the White House Press Secretary, through a mutual friend at a political gathering.
Though they’ve kept much of their relationship private, the couple publicly announced their engagement in December 2023.
